Five Ideas to Make Your Business Unique

In today’s post, I'd like to expand on that and give you some more ideas.
Mom & Pop. If you're a small business going up against bigger companies, emphasize this in your marketing or build your brand about it. People love to buy from small, friendly businesses in a world ruled by huge corporations.
Find a new need. Marketing is all about meeting needs and solving problems. Research your competitors and find a specific need they're not addressing and address it.
Specialize. A huge company can offer a little bit of everything. You can set yourself apart by focusing on one key specific area of your niche. Become the #1 expert for this area.
Provide great customer service. Add services to your offerings that your competitors don't. For example, you can offer post-purchase technical help for free. Propose a full service package to your products if your competitors just offer the products.
Make it personal. Get to know your customers in order to build deeper relationships with them. Connect anywhere you can with them and treat them like valued friends.
