Dedicated to providing small business owners with solutions and support, I leverage over 20 years of experience in retail and small business ownership to deliver exceptional revenue and profit increasing strategies for customers like you. Since founding Grow The Biz Now, my priority has been helping solopreneurs and independent retailers achieve happiness and steady income streams.  

I first discovered my passion for helping businesses grow while overseeing a national retail chain. Every location had its own unique customer experience based on the manager and their team, but every location benefited by following the same proven formula, aka standard operating procedures. Driven by my desire to support small businesses, who do not have the benefit of large corporate support teams, I started Grow The Biz Now (and its retail focused counterpart Your Retail Team) to provide the same level of support virtually.

With years of retail specific training, I also hold certifications in project management, visual communications, digital marketing, human resources, and small business consulting.

In addition to running Grow The Biz Now, I am a crazy cat lady, chocoholic, and caregiver for a parent with later stage dementia.
